Exam Relay sells digital study materials — interactive flashcard decks, timed practice exams, and study guide PDFs — for professional certification exams. Products are delivered instantly after checkout via an access code and download link. Checkout and digital delivery are handled by SendOwl, our payment and delivery provider.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access codes or downloaded files. Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the product, including free updates for the period stated on the product page.
If you (a) study the deck you purchased, (b) sit the corresponding exam within 90 days of purchase, and (c) do not pass, forward the certifying body's official result notification email to hello@examrelay.com and we will refund your full purchase price within 5 business days. The official fail-result email is required — we cannot refund without it. Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer no-questions-asked refunds outside this policy; if something is broken or you believe a card is wrong, email us and we will make it right.
Every card cites its source, and we do not publish pass rates we cannot cite. Our materials are a study aid, not a guarantee of any exam outcome, and we recommend using more than one prep source for any high-stakes exam. Exam details (dates, fees, passing scores) are stated as published by the certifying body at the time of writing — always confirm current details with the certifying body before scheduling.
